摘要
目的探讨升阳益气活络汤对老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清因子超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、一氧化氮(NO)及日常生活能力的影响。方法收集某院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中老年患者共81例,根据入院时间先后将患者分为两组,其中对照组40例予以西药常规治疗,实验组41例增加升阳益气活络汤治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者血清因子NO、MMP-9、Hs-CRP水平、神经缺损功能评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果治疗后实验组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的MMP-9、Hs-CRP血清因子水平低于对照组,NO高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论升阳益气活络汤有助于改善老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能及ADL能力,并能调节MMP-9、Hs-CRP、NO等血清因子,减少患者进一步损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shengyang Yiqi Huoluo decoction on serum factor hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),nitric oxide(NO)and living ability in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke.Me thods A total of 81 elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.Among them,40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment with western medicine,while 41 patients in the experimental group took additional Shengyang Yiqi Huoluo Decoction.After treatment,the serum levels of NO,MMP-9,Hs-CRP,neurological deficit function score(NIHSS),and activities of daily living(ADL)were compared between the two groups.Re s ults After treatment,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MMP-9 and Hs-CRP serum factor levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and NO was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion Shengyang Yiqi Huoluo decoction can improve the neurological function and ADL ability of elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke,and can regulate serum factors such as MMP-9,Hs-CRP and NO to reduce further damage.
