摘要
绩效管理对于提高医院核心竞争力十分重要,随着医改的不断深入,医院之间的竞争更加激烈,需要通过绩效管理等手段实现更加精细化的管理。临床医生作为精神病专科医院的主要核心,率先使用信息化手段建立一套绩效考核与管理的系统,实时、精准的记录每个临床医生的工作质量和数量,辅以合理的绩效考核办法,得出公平、公正的考核结果,为管理者提供决策依据。
Performance management is very important to improve the core competitiveness of hospitals. With the deepening of medical reform, the competition between hospitals becomes more intense, which requires more sophisticated management by means of performance management. As the main core of psychiatric hospital, clinicians take the lead in establishing a set of performance evaluation and management system by using information technology, recording the quality and quantity of each clinician’s work accurately, supplemented by a reasonable performance appraisal method,obtaining fair and impartial appraisal results, providing decision-making basis for managers.
