摘要
研究生的学术创新能力,是评价高等学校创新能力乃至国家未来整体创新水平的重要指标,对国家创新体系的改善有着深远影响。文章针对车辆工程专业构建了一个以学校环境、导师因素和个人因素作为一级指标的研究生学术创新能力评价体系。利用层次分析法对研究生学术创新能力进行综合性评价,并给出了提升车辆工程专业研究生学术创新能力的建议。
The academic innovation ability of postgraduate students is an important indicator for evaluating the innovation ability of colleges and universities and the overall innovation level of the country in the future,and has a profound impact on the improvement of the national innovation system.This paper constructs a postgraduate academic innovation ability evaluation system based on school environment,tutor factors and personal factors for vehicle engineering.The analytic hierarchy process is used to comprehensively evaluate the academic innovation ability of postgraduate students,and the suggestions for improving the academic innovation ability of post graduate students in vehicle engineering are given as follows.
