摘要
目的:探讨盐酸小檗碱联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿感染性腹泻的效果及对肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月南方医科大学附属何贤纪念医院收治的感染性腹泻患儿150例,采用随机数字表法分为盐酸小檗碱组(采用盐酸小檗碱单独治疗)、双歧杆菌四联活菌组(采用双歧杆菌四联活菌单独治疗)和联合组(采用盐酸小檗碱和双歧杆菌四联活菌联合治疗),每组50例。比较三组患儿的临床疗效、肠道菌群测定结果及血清白蛋白水平的差异。结果:联合组、盐酸小檗碱组和双歧杆菌四联活菌组患儿的总有效率分别为98. 00%(49/50)、84. 00%(42/50)和86. 00%(43/50),联合组患儿的总有效率明显高于盐酸小檗碱组、双歧杆菌四联活菌组,差异均有统计意义(P<0. 05)。治疗后,联合组患儿肠道菌群测定结果、血清白蛋白水平明显优于盐酸小檗碱组、双歧杆菌四联活菌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:盐酸小檗碱、双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿感染性腹泻均有一定疗效,但两种药物联合应用效果更佳。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of berberine hydrochloride combined with bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria on infantile infectious diarrhea and its influence on intestinal flora. METHODS: Totally 150 patients with infectious diarrhea admitted into Hexian Memorial Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from Jan.2018 to Jan. 2019 were extracted to be divided into the berberine hydrochloride group( treated with berberine hydrochloride alone),bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria group( treated with bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria alone),and combined group( treated with berberine hydrochloride combined with bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria)via the random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, results of intestinal flora determination and differences of serum albumin levels of three groups were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rates of the combined group,berberine hydrochloride group and bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria group were respectively 98. 00%( 49/50),84. 00%( 42/50) and 86. 00%( 43/50),the total effective rates in combined group were significantly higher than that in the berberine hydrochloride group and the bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria group,with significant differences( P<0. 05). After treatment,the results of intestinal flora and serum albumin levels in combined group were significantly better than those in the berberine hydrochloride group and the bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria group,with significant differences( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The treatment of intestinal infectious diarrhea with berberine hydrochloride and bifidobacterium quadruple bacteria can achieve certain effects,but the combined effects of the two drugs are better.
