摘要
"互联网+TBL"模式是借助网络平台信息传递的便捷和高效,融合信息技术和目标式教学方法以提升"互联网+"时代下高校教学效果的新模式。通过多年来TBL教学经验的积累,融合互联网信息技术构建并实施了"互联网+TBL"模式在食品化学实验教学中的应用,以学生在整个实验实施过程中实践能力和TBL过程表现为评价指标,结果能够反映学生对知识的掌握和教学效果。通过实践进一步提出了充分挖掘"互联网+"教学模式和推动开放实验室的智能化建设是提升"互联网+TBL"教学效果的有效途径,是为社会培养实用型和创新性人才的重要保障。
"Internet+TBL" is a new teaching mode which uses convenient and efficient network platform, and combines network information technology and TBL teaching model to improve teaching effect. With the help of TBL teaching experience accumulation, the "Internet+TBL" mode has been constructed and implemented in food chemistry experiment teaching to assess students’ practical ability and TBL performance. The results can reflect truly effect of students’ mastery and application of knowledge. After the practice of "Internet+TBL", the mean of fully exploring "Internet+" teaching mode and promoting intelligent construction of open laboratories is an effective way to improve the teaching effect of "Internet+TBL", and it is also an important guarantee to cultivate practical and innovative talents for the society.
