摘要
针对深圳地区高温与渗水的特点,将一种高粘高弹改性沥青应用于广深沿江高速国际会展中心收费站广场。根据高粘高弹改性沥青混合料试验结果可以得出以下结论:高粘高弹改性沥青延性较好,稠度大塑性好,弹性恢复较好,加热稳定性好。级配B空隙率较小,稳定度值较大,可以作为最佳级配。分析6.2%的油石比稳定度值、残余稳定度值和谢伦堡析漏损失,确定其为最佳油石比。高粘度改性SMA沥青混合料的高低温性能较好。高粘度改性SMA沥青混合料对于动荷载大、水平剪切力大的收费站广场更加适合。
In view of the characteristics of high temperature and seepage in Shenzhen,high-viscous and high-elastic modified asphalt was applied to the toll plaza of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Riverside Expressway International Convention and Exhibition Center.According to the test results of high viscous and high elastic modified asphalt mixture,the following conclusions can be drawn:high-viscous and high-elastic modified asphalt has good ductility,high consistency,good plasticity,good elastic recovery and good heating stability.Grade B has a smaller void ratio and a larger stability value,so it can be used as the best gradation.The stability of 6.2%oil-stone ratio,residual stability and Shellenberg leakage loss were analyzed,and the optimum oil-stone ratio was determined.The high and low temperature performance of high viscosity modified SM A asphalt mixture is better.High viscosity modified SM A asphalt mixture is more suitable for toll station square with large dynamic load and horizontal shear force.
