摘要
针对路面结构粘层沥青材料特点,以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)、胶粉(CRM)为改性剂,采用高速剪切法在室内制备了一种粘层复合改性沥青材料。基于对粘层沥青高温性能及粘度的测定,优化了复合改性沥青室内制备工艺。通过常规指标测试、高温动态剪切试验、动态力学性能分析、粘度试验,对不同掺量复合改性沥青的路用性能进行评价,并确定改性剂最佳掺量。研究表明所研发的粘层复合改性沥青路用性能较优,更能满足粘层沥青材料的要求,研究结果可供同行参考。
Aiming at the characteristic of asphalt material used as tack coat, composite modified asphalt mate- rial for tack coat was prepared, regarded styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS), rubber powder (CRM) as modifier. Based on high temperature performance and viscosity measurement, indoor preparation technology of com- posite modified asphalt for tack coat was optimized. Through conventional indicators tests, high temperature dynamic shear test, dynamic mechanical properties analysis, viscosity test, the pavement performance of composite modified asphalt were evaluated, the optimal modifier dosage were determined. The results showed that, composite modified as- phalt new material displays better pavement performance, which can meet the requirements of interlaminar spraying asphalt material, the results can provide certain reference for counterparts.
