摘要
将废弃水泥混凝土经破碎筛分复配成再生细骨料,按不同掺量取代天然细骨料,研究其对砂浆力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜研究再生细骨料的微观作用机理同天然细骨料之间的差异。结果表明:当再生细骨料的掺量在30%时,表现出良好的流动性,并能够有效提高强度;掺量在30%时,再生细骨料可发挥内养护作用,减弱氧化钙的取向,减少其在界面过渡区的富集,抑制微裂缝的产生,提高胶结料的密实度,改善界面过渡区,从而提高强度。
The waste cement concrete was crushed and sieved to be reconstituted into fine aggregates,and the natural fine aggregates were replaced according to different amounts,and the effect on the mechanical properties of the mortar was studied.The difference between the microscopic mechanism of the recycled fine aggregate and the natural fine aggregate was studied by scanning electron microscope.The results show that when the content of recycled fine aggregate is 30%,it shows good fluidity and can effectively improve strength;When the content is 30%,the recycled fine aggregate can play an internal curing role,weaken the preferred orientation of calcium oxide,reduce its enrichment in the interface transition zone,inhibit the generation of micro-cracks,improve the compactness of the cement,and improve the interface transition Zone,thereby increasing strength.
