摘要
介绍了双掺粉煤灰及再生骨料对混凝土性能的影响,通过正交试验的方法,研究不同掺量粉煤灰、再生骨料对混凝土7 d及28 d抗压强度的影响,以此来确定双掺粉煤灰、再生骨料在混凝土中合理的掺入比例,以期减少对混凝土强度的劣化程度或进一步提高混凝土的抗压强度。当粉煤灰掺量大于15%、再生骨料掺量为30%左右时,有利于提高混凝土的早期抗压强度;同时,粉煤灰和再生骨料数量的合理掺入,不仅可以有效改善混凝土拌合物的性能,而且还可以明显提高凝结硬化后混凝土的抗压强度。
This project mainly studies the influence of double fly ash and recycled aggregate on the performance of concrete. The project studied the influence of different fly ash and recycled aggregate contents on the compressive strength of concrete at 7 d and 28 d by means of orthogonal test,and in order to reduce the deterioration degree of concrete strength or further improve the compressive strength of concrete,a reasonable proportion of double fly ash and recycled aggregate was determined. It can be concluded that when the fly ash content is more than 15% and the recycled aggregate content is about 30%,it is conducive to improving the early compressive strength of concrete. At the same time,the reasonable addition of fly ash and recycled aggregate can not only effectively improve the performance of concrete mixture but also significantly improve the compressive strength of concrete after condensation and hardening.
