摘要
根据我国现实情况和未来发展的要求,推进国家治理现代化,必须借鉴木桶原理,在充分发挥中国特色社会主义制度优势的同时,及时补齐制度短板和治理短板,构建系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的制度体系,加强系统治理、依法治理、综合治理、源头治理,把制度优势更好转化为治理效能,实现中国特色社会主义制度的自我完善和发展。
According to the present realities and future development requirements,to promote the modernization of state governance,the principle of wooden barrels must be followed.While giving full play to the strength of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,it is also needed to timely fill in the inadequacies of the institution and the governance.To promote the modernization of state governance,it is needed to establish a set of institutions that are fully built,procedure based and efficiently functioning,and strengthen system governance,law-based governance,comprehensive governance and governance at the source.Thereby institutional strength can be better turned into effective governance,and realize selfimprovement and development of the socialism system with Chinese characteristics.
