摘要
目的探讨深静脉留置透析导管患者相关并发症发生情况及防范措施。方法2016年6月至2018年8月选择本院收治的深静脉留置透析导管患者146例作为研究资料,密切监测患者并发症发生情况,通过原因分析提出防范措施。结果146例患者中发生局部血肿28例,导管位置过深患者18例,导管位置过浅患者5例,导管扭曲5例,导管感染30例。146例患者中发生导管血栓形成35例,33例患者经尿激酶溶栓后导管恢复通畅,2例采用原位更换导管,溶栓成功后导管使用时间平均延长(4.05±0.42)个月。结论深静脉留置透析导管具有较高的安全性,但仍可能出现导管血栓形成、感染等并发症,需做好防范措施,而其溶栓治疗可延长导管使用时间,临床研究价值较高。
Objective to explore complications and preventive measures of deep vein indwelling dialysis catheter patients.Methods choose 146 cases deep vein indwelling dialysis catheter patients in our hospital from June 2016 to August 2018 as research data,monitor complications incidence closely,propose preventive measures through cause analysis.Results among 146 cases,28 had local hematoma,18 overdeep catheter position,5 overshallow catheter position,5 distorted catheter,and 30 catheter infection.Among 146 cases,35 had catheter thrombosis,33 unobstructed after thrombolysis with urokinase,and 2 catheter replacement at same position.After successful thrombolysis,average life span of catheter was prolonged(4.05±0.42)months.Conclusion indwelling catheter of deep vein has high safety,but there may be complications of catheter thrombosis,infection.It is necessary to take preventive measures,and thrombolytic therapy can prolong life span of catheter,with high clinical research value.
