摘要
目的在血液净化中心中对患者采用精细化优质护理措施,研究并分析其应用效果。方法选取自2017年10月至2020年9月在我院接受血液净化的患者共150例资料进行回顾性分析。按采取的护理措施不同,分为普通组、精细组,每组75例。普通组患者采用常规的护理措施,精细组患者采用精细化优质护理方式。从患者对治疗的依从性、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、不良事件发生率、护理满意率等指标进行统计分析,研究患者在接受护理干预前、接受护理干预后同组间及不同组之间的指标变化情况。结果对患者采取相应的护理干预措施后,与护理干预前相比,同组患者的依从性指标均有明显提升,P<0.05,焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显降低,P<0.05;不同组患者之间,精细组患者的依从性(92.35±3.47)高于普通组(81.15±2.73),P<0.05,焦虑评分(43.62±1.27)分、抑郁评分(43.38±1.28)分、不良事件发生率1例(1.33%)均明显低于普通组的(51.12±1.65)分、(51.44±1.75)分、12例(16.00%),P<0.05,护理满意率71例(94.67%)高于普通组61例(81.33%),P<0.05,组间数据差异显著。结论在血液净化中心的患者中,实施精细化优质护理措施,能够显著提升患者的依从性,减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁、不安情绪,减轻患者的心理负担,减少不良事件的发生,提高护理满意率,取得满意效果,值得在临床实践中推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of fine quality nursing measures in blood purification center.Methods A total of 150 patients who received blood purification in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the different nursing measures,it was divided into ordinary group and fine group,each group 75 cases.The patients in the general group adopt the routine nursing measures,and the fine group patients adopt the fine quality nursing method.Statistical analysis was conducted on the treatment compliance,anxiety score,depression score,incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction rate and other indicators of patients to study the changes of indicators between the same group and different groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After taking the corresponding nursing intervention measures,compared with before nursing intervention,the compliance indexes of the same group were significantly improved,P<0.05,the anxiety score and depression score were significantly reduced,and P<0.05.Among different groups,the compliance of the fine group(92.35±3.47)was higher than that of the ordinary group(81.15±2.73),P<0.05,the anxiety score(43.62±1.27)and the depression score(43.38±1.28)and incidence of adverse events in 1 case(1.33%)were significantly lower than those in the ordinary group(51.12±1.65),(51.44±1.75)and 12 cases(16.00%),P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction rate in 71 cases(94.67%)was higher than that in the ordinary group(61 cases)(81.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion In the patients of blood purification center,the implementation of fine quality nursing measures can significantly improve the compliance of patients,reduce the anxiety,depression and restlessness of patients,reduce the psychological burden of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction rate of nursing,and achieve satisfactory results,which is worth popularizing and using in clinical practice.
