摘要
近几年,医院在核心业务上投入了大量的时间和精力,引进了更多的外包公司进驻,虽然在信息、工程、保安、保洁、电梯、护理、配送以及餐饮、车场管理等多方面都得到了更加专业性的服务,但是,医院中临时在院人员的大幅度增加,也给医院的管理工作带来了新的困扰,保卫处对临时在院人员管理的作用就显得尤为重要。
In recent years,hospitals have invested lots of time and energy in core business and introduced more outsourcing companies,received more professional services in many aspects,including information,engineering,security,cleaning,elevator,nursing,distribution,catering,parking lot management,etc.,but temporary staffs in hospital have increased significantly,brought new troubles to hospital management,and security department plays particularly important role in management of temporary staffs in hospital.
