摘要
早餐是一日三餐中最重要的一餐,然而现代人由于生活节奏快,时间紧张容易忽视早餐,本文通过行为设计研究总结关于早餐行为的设计策略。总结现在都市单身白领的早餐现状,基于行为设计理论对早餐行为进行研究,引导用户进行健康早餐的摄入,通过提升行为动机,降低行为成本促使用户的健康早餐的习惯养成。行为设计理论的介入可以劝导用户改变行为习惯从而形成新的生活方式,本文提出了在具体设计情境下行为设计理论的设计策略。该研究策略可以为行为设计下的健康管理提出新的研究方向和参考,同时也有助于促进现代人的健康生活方式。
The concept of healthy lifestyle attracts more and more attention from young generation.A healthy diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.Breakfast is the most important meal in a day.It is easy to neglect breakfast when time is short.This paper researches the design strategy of breakfast behavior through behavior design research.To analyze the current situation of breakfast for urban single whitecollar workers,research their breakfast behavior based on behavioral design theory,guide users to eat healthy breakfast using behavioral motivational methods.To reduce the cost of behavior to promote the user's healthy breakfast habit.The intervention of behavior design theory can persuade users to change their behavior and form a new lifestyle.This research strategy can provide new research direction and reference for health management under behavior design,and also help to promote modern healthy lifestyle.
