摘要
空气源热泵结霜过程会恶化机组的运行性能,制约其长效运行,而变频空气热泵在结霜工况下运行时,由于机组自身的动态调节,表现出不同的运行特性。为探究变频空气源热泵在结霜工况下的动态运行特性,本文在标准融霜工况下,对变频空气源热泵从初始时高转速运行到稳定时低转速运行的动态调节过程进行了现场实测研究。测试结果表明:机组压缩机的降速调节会改善机组结霜程度,提升机组供热能效的效果,压缩机转速每降低1 rps,平均结霜速率会减小0. 01 g/(min·m^2),结除霜过程总能效比能升高0. 02。测试共经历了5个结除霜循环,压缩机平均转速从77 rps逐渐降至57 rps,平均结霜速率降低了41%,结除霜过程总能效比提高了30%。本文研究可为变频ASHP在结霜工况下实际运行性能的优化提供参考。
Operating performances of the air source heat pump will be destroyed in the frosting process,affecting the long-term operating for the unit.When a variable-frequency air source heat pump is operated under frosting conditions,it shows different frosting-defrosting performances due to its dynamic adjustment.In order to investigate the dynamic operating characteristics of the variable-frequency air source heat pump under frosting conditions,a field study was carried out for the dynamic adjustment process of the variable-frequency air source heat pump from the initial operation at the high rotation speed to the steady operation at the low rotation speed in this paper.The test results show that the dynamic adjustment of the compressor speed for the unit can reduce the frosting degree and improve the operating performances of the unit.For every 1 rps reduction in compressor speed,the average frosting rate is reduced by 0.01 g/(min•m^2),and the total coefficient of performance for frosting-defrosting cycles is increased by 0.02.A total of five frosting-defrosting cycles was conducted in the test.Throughout the process of operating,the average speed of a compressor gradually decreases from 77 rps to 57 rps;the average frosting rate is reduced by 41%;and the total coefficient of performance for the frosting-defrosting cycles is increased by 30%.This study can provide a reference for optimizing the actual operating performance of the variable-frequency air source heat pump under frosting conditions.
