橡胶悬置刚度特性对过减速带平顺性影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究橡胶悬置的刚度特性对汽车过减速带平顺性的影响,建立了包含悬置系统在内的整车13自由度模型。模型中考虑了液压悬置的刚度、阻尼动态特性;橡胶悬置的多级刚度,主簧和撞块间的间隙。利用建立的模型对过减速带时汽车的动态响应进行计算,通过实车试验验证了模型的有效性。分析了橡胶悬置刚度性能参数对过减速带动力总成振动的影响。结果表明:减小主簧和撞块间的间隙,增大主簧和撞块的刚度可抑制过减速带时动力总成的振动。建模与分析方法可以为橡胶悬置前期设计开发提供有效参考。 A vehicle model with 13 degree of freedoms is proposed for studying the influence of stiffness characteristic of rubber mounting on bump impact.In the model,dynamic stiffness and damping dynamics of hydraulic mount which vary with excitation frequencies;nonlinear characteristic of stiffness of rubber mounting is taken into consideration.The dynamic response of the model during bump impact is calculated,and the proposed model and the calculation result are validated by vehicle experiment.The influence of the nonlinear characteristic of stiffness of rubber mounting on the ride comfort of vehicle at bump impact is analyzed.The result shows that increase the stiffness of rubber spring and rubber block,decrease the gap between the rubber spring and block can improve ride comfort of vehicle at bump impact.The developed model and analytical procedure proposed in this paper provide effective reference for design and development of rubber mounting.
