摘要
本文针对高速列车车体型材越来越严格的要求,从合金成分入手,配以严格的熔铸、均匀化、挤压及时效工艺,提升型材的剥落腐蚀性能,满足其综合性能的要求。通过严格控制6005A中Cu的含量,适当降低Mg、Si的含量,有效提升了6005A合金型材的剥落腐蚀性能。配合以严格的生产工艺,满足了型材金相、力学、弯曲、疲劳、焊接等综合性能的要求。
Aiming at the increasingly stringent requirements of high-speed train profile,starting from the alloy components,with strict casting,homogenization,extrusion and aging technology,the exfoliation corrosion properties of profiles can be improved to meet their comprehensive performance requirements.By strictly controlling the content of Cu in 6005A and reducing the content of Mg and Si properly,the exfoliation corrosion properties of 6005A alloy profiles are effectively improved.With the strict production process,it meets the requirements of metallographic,mechanical,bending,fatigue,welding and other comprehensive properties.
