摘要
鉴于传统氧化铝厂原料系统设备运行状态检测方法检测准确度较低的缺陷,摒弃原有PLC技术,改变原有点对点接线控制方式,提出氧化铝厂原料系统设备运行状态检测方法研究。以系统设备运行状态检测模型为基础,实现运行状态数据采集并进行运行状态数据输出,实现整体设备运行状态检测。通过仿真实验,将其与传统设备运行状态检测方法进行对比,证明研究方法有效性。
In view of the defect of low accuracy of the traditional method for detecting the running state of raw material system equipment in alumina plant,abandoning the original PLC technology and changing the original point-to-point wiring control mode,this paper puts forward the method for detecting the running state of raw material system equipment in alumina plant.Based on the system equipment running state detection model,the data acquisition and output of running state are realized,and the whole equipment running state detection is realized.Through simulation experiments,the effectiveness of the research method is proved by comparing it with the traditional equipment operation state detection method.
