摘要
介绍了在电能匮乏地区新建氧化铝厂及自备电站时,铝厂供配电系统孤网运行在工程中的应用和需要注意的问题,对氧化铝厂孤网运行情况下存在的风险隐患进行了分析,并提出了风险防范措施。结合某国外工程详细介绍了氧化铝厂孤网运行情况下自备电站发电机组的设置以及柴油发电机的应用。
It introduces the application of isolated network operation in power distribution system and the issues needing attention when building a new alumina plant and captive power plant in the area with insufficient power. The hidden risks are analyzed and risk prevention measures are proposed. Combined with a foreign project, the setting of generating units of captive power plant and the application of diesel generators are described in detail.
