摘要
目的探讨预见性护理干预模式在预防急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者便秘中的应用效果。方法选取我院心血管内科收治的100例ACS伴便秘患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为观察组(50例,常规护理+预见性护理)与对照组(50例,常规护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果排便后,两组的心率、平均动脉压均升高,但观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)和便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总有效率、满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效缓解ACS患者便秘情况,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention model in prevention of constipation in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods A total of 100 patients with ACS and constipation admitted in the cardiovascular department of our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(50 cases, routine nursing+predictive nursing) and control group(50 cases, routine nursing) according to the different nursing methods. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After defecation, the heart rate and the average arterial pressure of the two groups increased, but those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of patient assessment of constipation quality of life(PAC-QOL) and patient assessment of constipation symptoms(PAC-SYM) in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively alleviate ACS patients’ constipation, improve patients’ quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
