摘要
目的研究全程无缝隙护理在儿童手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~7月在我院进行手术治疗的患儿168例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上再给予全程无缝隙护理,观察两组效果。结果对照组手术室管理、设施管理、服务态度、沟通、护理技能及健康宣教得分分别为(3.43±0.88)分、(4.04±0.76)分、(4.55±0.78)分、(4.21±0.66)分、(4.11±0.76)分及(3.88±0.65)分;观察组手术室管理、设施管理、服务态度、沟通、护理技能及健康宣教得分分别为(4.34±0.76)分、(4.88±0.87)分、(4.88±0.87)分、(4.87±0.76)分、(4.76±0.72)分及(4.66±0.75)分;观察组患儿手术室管理、设施管理、服务态度、沟通、护理技能及健康宣教得分均显著性高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组总满意率分别为85.7%及96.4%;观察组总满意率显著性高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组切口感染率,尿路感染率及意外拔管率均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程无缝隙护理在儿童手术室护理中的应用效果明显,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of full seamless nursing in children's operating room.Methods A total of 168 children who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole seamless nursing on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of operating group management,facility management,service attitude,communication,nursing skills and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(4.34±0.76)vs(3.43±0.88)points,(4.88±0.87)vs(4.04±0.76)points,(4.88±0.87)vs(4.55±0.78)points,(4.87±0.76)vs(4.21±0.66)points,(4.76±0.72)vs(4.11±0.76)points and(4.66±0.75)vs(3.88±0.65)points](P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the control group was 85.7%,which was lower than 96.4%in the observation group(P<0.05).The incision infection rate,urinary tract infection rate,and accidental extubation rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole seamless nursing in children's operating room has remarkable effect,and it is recommended to promote in clinical application.
