摘要
腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法诸多,有手术治疗及非手术的保守治疗,其中保守治疗以中医疗法多见,但各种疗法的治疗效果尚无统一规范。本文就近年来腰椎间盘突出症患者的多种治疗方法进行总结,详细阐述中医疗法、西医手术疗法的临床应用,分析不同治疗方法的疗效,旨在为临床腰椎间盘突出症的治疗提供参考。
There are many treatments for lumbar disc herniation, including surgical treatment and non-surgical conservative treatment. Among them, traditional Chinese medicine is the most common conservative treatment, but there is no unified standard for the treatment effect of various treatments. This paper summarizes the treatment methods of lumbar disc herniation in recent years, elaborates the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, analyzes the curative effect of different treatment methods, in order to provide reference for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
