摘要
目的:针对血液透析的老年患者,探讨中医情志护理的应用效果及对其免疫功能的影响.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月笔者所在科行血液透析的老年患者110例,随机分为对照组(常规护理,55例)与观察组(中医情志护理联合常规护理,55例),护理干预3个月后,比较两组患者焦虑量表(SAS)评分、抑郁量表(SDS)评分、生活质量(GOOL-74)评分及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平.结果:观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者GOOL-74各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:中医情志护理可改善血液透析老年患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量及机体免疫力.
Objective:To investigate the effect of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the immune function of elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis.Method:A total of 110 elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis in our department from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing,55 cases)and the observation group(emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing,55 cases).After 3 months of nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS,quality of life(GOOL-74)score and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)level were compared between the two groups.Result:The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The GOOL-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The IgA,IgG and IgM levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emotional nursing of TCM can improve the bad mood,quality of life and immunity of elderly patients with hemodialysis.
