摘要
目的分析维持性血液透析并发皮肤瘙痒症患者的护理需求,评价辅助优质护理干预对患者生活质量等方面的影响。方法选择我院2017年9月至2019年6月收治的110例血液透析患者为本次研究对象,维持性血液透析治疗基础上,以随机数字表法分为采取常规护理的对照组(n=55)、辅助优质护理干预的观察组(n=55)。以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评估血液透析并发皮肤瘙痒症患者的情绪与生活质量。比较两组患者的情绪、生活质量改善情况以及护理效果、血液透析配合率。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的护理总有效率(96.36%)、血液透析配合率(94.54%)均高于对照组的72.72%、72.72%,P<0.05;观察组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论维持性血液透析患者并发皮肤瘙痒症风险较高,影响了患者的心理与血液透析配合程度。辅助优质护理干预可以积极改善患者的情绪,提高护理效果及血液透析配合度,从而提升患者的生活质量,护理效果显著。
Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with pruritus on maintenance hemodialysis,and to evaluate the impact of auxiliary highquality nursing interventions on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 110 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the maintenance hemodialysis treatment,they were divided into a control group with routine care based on a random number table observation group(n=55)assisting high-quality nursing intervention(n=55),which was reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and Health Survey(The MOS Item Short from Health Survey,SF-36)were used to assess the skin complicated by hemodialysis The mood and quality of life of patients with pruritus.The mood,quality of life improvement,nursing effect,and hemodialysis cooperation rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the total nursing effective rate(96.36%)and hemodialysis cooperation rate(94.54%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(72.72%,72.72%),P<0.05.The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have a higher risk of pruritus,which affects the degree of cooperation between the patient's psychology and hemodialysis.Auxiliary high-quality nursing intervention can actively improve the patient's mood,improve the nursing effect,and the patient's hemodialysis coordination,thereby improving the patient's quality of life,and the nursing effect is significant.
