大藤峡水利枢纽左岸厂房巨型轴流转桨式水轮机设计 被引量:1

摘要 大藤峡水利枢纽左岸厂房安装3台单机容量200MW轴流转桨式水轮发电机组,是目前我国自主研发世界单机容量最大的轴流转桨式机组,国内同类型的工程经验较少,设计、制造和安装难度大。为确保机组安全稳定运行,做好水轮机设计极为重要。在总结分析历史上大型轴流转桨式水轮机设计、制造、安装和运行中曾经出现各种问题的基础上,采取经典计算和有限元分析相结合进行强度计算,对水轮机进行了初步模型试验、同台复核试验以及模型验收试验,进一步验证了设备性能符合合同要求,克服了威胁机组安全稳定运行的主要问题。 In the power house on the left bank of the Datengxia Power Station,it places 3 Kaplan Turbine power generating units with 200MW installed capacity each-the largest of its kind in China that independently developed by Chinese enterprises.Facing the great difficulties of design,manufacturing and installation,more emphasis has been placed on the design of turbine.In order to ensure stable operation of the units,strength intensity was calculated combining with classical computation and finite element analysis.Through preliminary model test,checking model test and model acceptance test,it confirms that the performance of the equipment complies with the contract requirements,which may alleviate the threat to the stable and safe operation of the units.
