摘要
葛洲坝水电站运行初期水轮机过流表面就遭到明显磨蚀破坏,成为电站安全生产的极大隐患。为了研究泥沙对水轮机的破坏规律,探索减轻含沙水流对水轮机过流部件表面的磨蚀破坏的方法,在水轮机过流部件抗磨蚀防护方面做了多方面的试验和研究,积累了水轮机叶片的抗磨蚀防护一些技术经验,并取得了显著的效果,可供参考。
In early operation stage of Gezhouba Hydropower Station, the overflow surface of its turbine was clearly damaged by cavitation and abrasion, which became the great hidden trouble to the safe production of the Station. In order to research the destructive law of sediments on turbine and to seek after the solution to reduce the cavitation and abrasion damage on the overflow components, several measures and tests have been carTied out to prevent turbines from cavitation and abrasion damage. This paper presents the research results and many accumulated technical experiences that were proved to have obvious favorable effectiveness on the blade protection of turbine, which could be used for reference.
