摘要 将不同种类的GF-系列云母粉应用于水性工业防腐涂料体系中,进行云母粉的加量试验及云母粉对常规防锈颜料的替代试验,并通过耐中性盐雾和连续冷凝等测试研究GF-系列云母粉在水性工业防腐涂料领域的实用性。结果表明,GF-系列云母粉能够明显改善水性工业防腐涂料的抗凝露和耐盐雾性能,在一定范围内,随着云母添加量的增高,抗凝露和耐盐雾性能均呈现上升趋势;云母粉在一定加量范围内可以部分替代水性工业防腐涂料中的防锈颜料,保证涂层连续冷凝实验和耐中性盐雾性能达到C4-M的要求,降低配方成本。 Different kinds of GF-series mica powders are applied in waterborne industrial anticorrosive coatings.The addition test of mica powder and the substitution test of mica powder for conventional anti-rust pigments are carried out.The practicability of GF-series mica powder in the field of waterborne anticorrosive coatings is studied by salt spray and condensation tests.The results show that GF-series mica powder can obviously improve the condensation and salt spray properties of waterborne anticorrosive coatings.In a certain range,with the increase of mica content,both the condensation and salt spray properties show an upward trend.Mica powder can partly replace the anti-rust pigments in waterborne anticorrosive coatings in a certain range of additions,ensuring that the continuous condensation test and neutral salt spray resistance of coatings reach C4-M requirements.
