摘要
全面探讨制备涂料用水溶性醇酸树脂过程中原料及配比、合成工艺设计、反应条件控制、性能指标控制等诸多因素对树脂性能的影响,结果表明科学优选原料组分、合理控制反应工艺,是制备水溶性醇酸树脂的关键,为研制优质水溶性醇酸涂料奠定了坚实的基础。
The influence factors on water-soluble alkyd resin coating process for the Raw material proportion, the synthetic process design, the reaction conditions, performance index of control, have been discussed comprehensively. The result showed that these were the key factors for preparation of water-soluble alkyd resin, to lay the foundation for preparation water-soluble alkyd resin coating.
