摘要
提出了采用共聚合方法用丙烯酸酯类单体对顺酐化醇酸树脂进行改性新工艺 ;考查了甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)及加料方式对改性树脂和涂膜性能的影响 ;较满意的配方为 :MMA为 30 %~ 35 % ,BA为 2 %~ 2 5 % ,基体醇酸树脂为 6 0 %~70 % .比较了传统改性醇酸树脂与本文研制的改性醇酸树脂涂膜性能 ,结果表明该树脂涂膜外观、耐冲击性能和耐汽油性比传统改性醇酸树脂涂膜好 ,且拓宽了改性醇酸树脂的原料来源 。
A new process was developed for synthesizing acrylated alkyd resin in which a acrylate is copolymerized with a maleinized alkyd resin. The effect of the concentration of MMA , BA and addition methods on the film properties has been investigated. Satisfactory formulations were obtained with 30%~35wt% of methyl methacrylate, 2%~25% of BA and 60%~70wt% maleinized alkyd resin. It was showed that compared with the conventional modified alkyd resin, the acrylate modified alkyd resin made by the new process is superior for its appearance of film, impact resistance and resistance to petrol. The new process broadens the source of materials for modified alkyds and reduces the cost of production.
