摘要
针对八钢欧冶炉上料系统垂直胶带机胶带的故障分析,通过对垂直胶带机张力计算分析、接头的强度计算,钢丝绳芯布置分析。查找了故障原因,为垂直胶带机胶带的生产和接头搭接提供解决方案和依据。
In view of the belt fault of the vertical belt conveyor in the feeding system of the OY Furnace,the causes of the fault are found out through the calculation and analysis of the tension of the vertical belt conveyor,the strength calculation of the joint and the layout analysis of the wire rope core.It provides a solution and basis for the production of vertical belt conveyor belt and joint lapping.
