摘要
近些年来,外籍教师队伍在国内各大高校中不断壮大。在经济全球化的驱动下,教育资源的流动使原有的教学模式发生了新的变革。外籍教师带来的新思想、新理念丰富了教学内容,拓展了学生的国际视野。另一方面,如此快速发展的外教队伍也面临着诸多的问题和挑战。加强对外籍教师队伍的管理,最大限度地提高外教教育教学质量是有关高校必须面对的问题。
In recent years,the ranks of foreign teachers have been growing in major colleges and universities in China.Driven by economic globalization,the flow of educational resources has brought about new changes in the original teaching mode.The new ideas and concepts brought by foreign teachers enrich the teaching content and broaden students international horizons.On the other hand,such a rapid development of foreign teachers is also facing many problems and challenges.Strengthening the management of foreign teachers and maximizing the quality of foreign teachers education and teaching are the problems that the colleges and universities must face.
