摘要
三线建设是党中央在20世纪60年代,根据国内外局势和我国的发展需要制定的重大战略部署,为中国西部地区的国防建设和经济发展提供了重要推动力。2019年是三线建设全面实施55周年,在三线建设的过程中,东北地区在产业发展、技术支持、人才供应方面都作出了巨大贡献,反映了东北老工业基地在促进国家整体协调发展中所发挥的重要作用。研究三线建设的发展进程,全面把握东北地区在三线建设中的巨大贡献及历史意义,对回顾我国70年发展历程和当前推动地区协调发展都具有重要的现实意义。
The Third-line Construction is a major strategic plan formulated by the CPC Central Committee in the 1960s based on the situation at home and abroad and the development needs of China,which has provided an important impetus for thenational defense construction and economic development in the western region of China.2019 is the 55th anniversary of the full implementation of the Third-line Construction.In the process of the Third-line Construction,the northeast region has made great contributions in industrial development,technical support and talent supply,reflecting the important role played by the old industrial base of the Northeast in promoting the overall coordinated development of the country.A study of the development process of the Third-line Construction areas and a comprehensive grasp of the great contribution and historical significance of the Northeast in the construction of the Third-line Construction areas,is of great realistic significance in reviewing the 70 years development process of our country and promoting the coordinated development of regions.
