O型截面形状对药芯焊丝生产及送给性能的影响

摘要 在药芯焊丝生产过程中,轧制后的焊丝由于轧辊、钢带毛边等原因会使焊丝出现圆度偏差、线径偏差现象,致使钢带对接边不平整,造成拉拔过程中模具磨损严重,焊接过程中送丝不顺畅、导电嘴磨损严重等问题。通过优化轧辊轧制角度,从外观质量、送给性能、连续生产质量3个方面与优化前做对比试验。结果表明:优化后的药芯焊丝,合缝更小,圆度更好,送丝更加顺畅,导电嘴的损耗较小,连续生产后焊丝表面质量均匀,无明显拉伤。 In production process of flux cored wire,the welding wire after rolling will appear roundness deviation,wire diameter deviation phenomenon due to roller,steel strip rough edge and other reasons,resulting in steel strip butt edge is not smooth,It causes severe wear of die and conductive nozzle during drawing process,and wire feeding is not smooth during welding process.By optimizing rolling angle of roll,comparative tests were made from three aspects of appearance quality,feed performance and continuous production quality.The results show that optimized flux cored wire has advantages of smaller joint,better roundness,smoother wire feeding,and less wear on conductive nozzle.After continuous production,the surface quality of wire is even without obvious strain.
