摘要
对29份粳型香稻品种品质性状及遗传多样性进行分析,旨在了解供试材料品质特性及亲缘结构。结果表明,12个品质性状的变异系数在2.5%~160.5%之间,垩白粒率、垩白度的变异系数分别为142.1%、160.5%。根据SNP标记计算的品种间遗传相似系数在0.456~0.998之间,平均值为0.675。供试材料在品质性状上分为3个差异明显的类群,在亲缘结构上形成亲缘关系不同的4个类群。本研究为香稻品种种质资源研究及品质性状改良提供依据。
This study analyzed the quality traits and genetic diversity of 29 japonica fragrant rice varieties,in order to understand the quality characteristics and genetic structure of the tested materials.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 12 quality traits were between 2.5%and 160.5%,the chalky grain percentage and chalkiness were 142.1%、160.5%.The genetic similarity coefficient calculated based on SNP markers was between 0.456 and 0.998,with an average value of 0.675.The test materials were divided into three distinct groups in terms of quality traits,and four groups were formed on the genetic structure.This study provides the basis for the research of germplasm resources of fragrant rice varieties and improvement of quality traits.
