摘要 工业生产建设过程中需要使用大量起重机械,由于起重机械设备的特殊性和危险性,各方对其安全管理工作非常重视。从起重机械的设计、制造、安装、使用等多个环节都制定了较为严格的标准。然而,随着起重机械的应用规模不断扩大,各种各样的机械故障问题开始频繁出现,甚至造成人员、财产损失,据此,必须采取有效措施对起重机械的故障进行合理诊断,定期开展机械设备的检验检测,确保起重机械的使用安全。论文阐述了起重机械的主要结构及常见故障类型,分析了起重机械故障诊断及检验检测的重点,给出了提高起重机械故障检测检验技术水平的相关措施。 In the process of industrial production and construction,a large number of lifting machines are needed.Due to the particularity and danger of lifting machines,all parties attach great importance to their safety management.From the design,manufacture,installation,use and other aspects of the lifting machinery,more stringent standards have been formulated.However,with the continuous expansion of the application scale of lifting machinery,various kinds of mechanical failure problems begin to appear frequently,even causing the loss of people and property.Therefore,effective measures must be taken to reasonably diagnose the failure of lifting machinery,regularly carry out the inspection and detection of mechanical equipment,and ensure the use safety of lifting machinery.This paper describes the main structure and common fault types of lifting machinery,analyzes the key points of fault diagnosis and inspection and detection of lifting machinery,and gives the relevant measures to improve the technical level of fault detection and detection of lifting machinery.
