摘要
论文首先介绍了煤制烯烃工艺碱洗系统中产生的黄油对生产的影响,提出了使用溶剂溶解黄油以改善其流动性的思路。通过实验筛选出溶剂并研究确定了溶剂与黄油的比例等主要工艺参数,在此基础上设计出黄油处理工艺。结果表明,选用的溶剂在一定条件下可以有效溶解黄油,流动性和稳定性良好,并且溶解后的黄油可以作为产品外卖,为企业增加了效益。论文介绍的黄油处理技术为煤制烯烃工艺中黄油处理难题的解决探索出一条技术途径。
This paper introduces the influence of the butter produced in the alkali washing system of the coal to olefin process on the production,and puts forward the idea of using solvent to dissolve the butter to improve its fluidity.The main technological parameters,such as the ratio of solvent and butter were deter⁃mined through experiments.And the butter treatment process was designed on the basis.The results show that the selected solvent can effectively dissolve butter under certain conditions,with good fluidity and stabil⁃ity,and the dissolved butter can be sold out as a product,which has increased benefits for the enterprise.The butter treatment technology introduced in this paper provides a technical way to solve the problem of butter treatment in the process of coal to olefin.
