电针干预基因修饰神经干细胞移植调控Notch通路重建神经环路研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress on genetically modified neural stem cell transplantation reconstructing neural circuitry by electroacupuncture through regulation of Notch pathway

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)严重复杂,甚至危及生命,不但远期预后差,且致残率高[1-3]。在病理上可划分为原发性损伤和继发性损伤两个阶段[4]。最先出现脊髓组织和结构被破坏,继而伤区发生缺血、缺氧、炎性反应、细胞凋亡等一系列变化,致使神经元变性坏死、神经胶质细胞修复功能被抑制、轴突慢性脱髓鞘,最终导致神经功能障碍。 Spinal cord injury is a medical conundrum,its research is deepening although.In its early stage,hemorrhage and ischemia lead to changes in the microenvironment followed by a large number of neuron death,axonal degeneration and demyelination,resulting in neurological dysfunction.The key to solve lies in the regulation of the changes,reconstruction of neural circuitry,and the restoration of neurological dysfunction.Neural stem cell transplantation,Notch signaling pathway and electroacupuncture are summarized to explore the interactions with spinal cord injury,mechanism of genetically modified neural stem cell transplantation,activation and transcription of Notch signaling pathway,improvement of microenvironment and expressions of Notch signaling pathway related proteins by electroacupuncture regulating after spinal cord injury,providing thoughts for further basic research and clinical treatment.
