摘要
试验针对西藏林芝地区玉米产量影响因素与玉米产量进行相关分析与通径分析.结果表明,玉米穗粒重与行粒数、苞叶重、穗长、百粒重和穗粗呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.993、0.934、0.921、0.834和0.662;与穂行数呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.262,与秃尖长呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.310.行粒数、百粒重、苞叶重、穗长和穗行数与穂粒重建立了最优多元回归方程且呈显著线性关系.在各产量影响因素中,对穂粒重直接作用最大的性状是行粒数,直接通径系数为0.355;其次是百粒重,直接通径系数为0.251;其他性状依次为苞叶重、穗长和穂行数.提高西藏林芝地区玉米产量的育种策略需以行粒数和百粒重为主.
The correlation analysis and path analysis of maize yield were conducted according to the influencing factors of maize yield in Linzhi area of Tibet.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between grain weight per ear and the number of kernel per row,bract leaf weigh,ear length,hundred grain weight and ear diameter,and the correlation coefficients were 0.993,0.934,0.921,0.834 and 0.662,respectively;the grain weight per ear had significant positive correlation with the number of row per ear,the correlation coefficient was 0.262,it also showed extremely significant negative correlation with the rare ear length,and the correlation coefficient was-0.310.The optimal multiple regression equation was established and the linear relationship was significant.The optimal multiple regression equation of the grain weight per ear and the number of kernel per row,bract leaf weigh,ear length,hundred grain weight and the number of row per ear was established and the linear relationship was significant.Among the yield factors,the most direct effect on the ear grain weight was the number of kernel per row,with a direct effect of 0.355;the second was one-hundred-grain weight,with a direct effect of 0.251;the other characters were bract leaf weigh,ear length and number of row per ear.Therefore,the breeding strategy to increase the yield of maize in Linzhi area of Tibet should be based on the number of kernel per row and the one-hundred-grain weight.
