摘要
用苯乙烯和丙烯腈对己二酸系聚酯多元醇进行改性,考察了中间体用量、反应温度和引发剂用量对改性聚酯多元醇的影响。以改性聚酯多元醇(或改性前的聚酯多元醇)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、丁二醇等为原料,制备了密度分别为0.4 g/cm^3和0.5 g/cm^3的微孔聚氨酯弹性体试片,对比改性前后聚酯多元醇制得的试片性能。结果表明,采用改性聚酯多元醇可有效提高弹性体的硬度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率等。
The adipic acid-based polyester polyol was modified by using styrene and acrylonitrile. The influence of the intermediate amount, reaction temperature and initiator amount on the modified polyester polyol was investigated. Using the modified polyester polyol(or polyester polyol before modification),diphenylmethane diisocyanate, butanediol, etc. as raw materials, the microcellular polyurethane elastomer test pieces with densities of 0.4 g/cm^3 and 0.5 g/cm^3 separately were prepared, and the performance of the test pieces prepared from the polyester polyols before and after modification was compared. The results show that the hardness, tear strength, elongation at break, etc. of the elastomer can be effectively improved by using the modified polyester polyol.
