摘要
目的探讨睾丸精原细胞瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院收治的1例成人单侧隐睾恶变为睾丸精原细胞瘤患者的诊治过程,结合文献复习,讨论其临床、影像学表现及治疗方法。结果影像学检查可发现隐睾症,确诊依靠病理学检查,手术切除安全有效。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of testicular seminoma.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of an adult patient with unilateral cryptorchidism malignant transformation into testicular seminoma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical and imaging manifestations and treatment methods were discussed based on literature review.Results Radical orchiectomy was performed,and postoperative pathology confirmed that the tumor was testicular seminoma.Conclusion The imaging examination can find cryptorchidism,the diagnosis depends on the pathology examination,the surgical resection is safe and effective.
