摘要
大学学术评价体系在国内外社会关注度不断提升,呈现出多样化的趋势,大学评价对高等教育发展发挥了至关重要的作用。文章结合评价主体的权威性,指标数据的客观性、科学性、透明度和可信度,社会认可度和争议程度,政府法律法规的监督性和规范性等多角度研究大学学术评价体系公信度的提升路径,并提出了几点建议与对策。
The academic evaluation system of universities has been increasing in social attention at home and abroad,showing a trend of diversification,and university evaluation has played a vital role in the development of higher education.This article integrates the authority of the evaluation subject,the objectivity,scientificity,transparency and credibility of the index data,the degree of social recognition and controversy,the supervision and standardization of government laws and regulation to study the evaluation index system of university ranking credibility,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
