摘要
为提高往复式割草机切割性能和效率,优化影响漏割率和重割率的运动参数,提出应用虚拟样机仿真技术的运动参数优化方法,构建了基于ADAMS多体动力学研究平台的虚拟样机.在此基础上,进行了虚拟样机运动学仿真,得到各组输入运动参数下切割图、漏割区图、重割区图以及动刀组运动轨迹、速度、加速度等变化曲线.结果表明:漏割率降至1%以下,仿真获取了现实试验难以得到的切割器运动规律;降低和缩短了割草机的设计成本、设计周期.
In order to improve the performance of reciprocating lawn mower and optimize the movement parameters,a method of movement parameters optimization is put forward and a new digital virtual prototype is set up based on the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS.Using this method,movement simulations were conducted.The cutting drawing,missing rate and multi-cutting rate were achieved from the simulations.The trajectories,velocities and accelerations were also achieved from the simulations.The research results show that by using the optimization method the movement parameters that are hard to obtain from experiments can be achieved from the simulations,with the missing rate being reduced to less than 1%and the design cost and design time being reduced.
