摘要
目的研究分析311 nm窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月在本院进行治疗的寻常性银屑病患者60例,根据治疗方法不同,将所有患者随机分为3组,采用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗的患者记作照射治疗组,采用窄谱中波紫外线联合复方丙酸氯倍他索乳膏加尿素软膏治疗的患者记作联合治疗组,采用其他方式治疗的患者记作常规治疗组,各20例。对比分析3组患者治疗前、治疗1周后以及治疗结束后的临床效果。结果对3组患者采用PASI评分,治疗后评分改善率:照射治疗组(76.66±3.69)%,联合治疗组(87.79±6.73)%,常规治疗组(77.47±2.87)%,3组患者治疗时间:照射治疗组(18.35±3.62)d,联合治疗组(16.37±3.96)d,常规治疗组(24.78±4.58)d。治疗后照射治疗组与常规治疗组效果比较差异无统计学意义,联合治疗组时间最短,效果最好。结论使用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常性银屑病效果良好,窄谱中波紫外线联合复方丙酸氯倍他索乳膏加尿素软膏治疗能进一步提高疗效。
Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of 311 nm narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgis.Methods 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected, according to different treatment, all patients were randomly divided into three groups, using narrow-spectrum uvb rays irradiation treatment as irradiation treatment group, using narrow-spectrum uvb rays of joint compound clobetasol propionate cream add urea ointment for the treatment of patients as combined treatment group, patients treated in other ways as conventional treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. The clinical effects of three groups of patients before treatment, one week after treatment and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results Three groups of patients were treated with PASI score, and the improvement rate after treatment was: irradiation treatment group(76.66±3.69) %, combined treatment group(87.79±6.73) %, conventional treatment group(76.69± 22.87) %, treatment time was: irradiation treatment group(18.35±3.62) days, combined treatment group(16.37±3.96)days, conventional treatment group(24.78±4.58) days. There was no significant difference in the effect between the irradiation treatment group and the conventional treatment group after treatment, the combined treatment group had the shortest time and the best effect. Conclusion The treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-spectrum uv-irradiation has a good effect, and the treatment with narrow-spectrum uv-irradiation combined with compound clobetasol propionate cream and urea ointment can further improve the efficacy.
