摘要
目的:研究甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏联合阿维A胶囊治疗银屑病的疗效。方法:2016年4月~2018年3月采用随机分组的方法将我院116例银屑病患者均分为试验组(甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏联合阿维A胶囊治疗)和对照组(单纯使用阿维A胶囊治疗),比较两组患者治疗前后血脂代谢指标[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白(APOA)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血清生化指标[中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)、NE的内源性抑制剂(Trappin-2)、胎盘型钙黏蛋白(P-cad)]含量及PASI评分、DLQI评分。治疗结束,比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗后血清NE、Trappin-2、P-cad含量呈现显著下降趋势,试验组NE、Trappin-2、P-cad含量显著低于对照组。两组治疗后脂代谢指标HDL-C含量显著上升,APOA、LDL-C指标含量显著下降,治疗后试验组患者HDL-C指标含量显著高于对照组,APOA、LDL-C指标含量显著低于对照组。两组治疗后PASI评分、DLQI评分显著下降,试验组PASI评分、DLQI评分显著低于对照组。两组患者临床疗效差异显著(Z=29.346,P<0.05),试验组疗效明显优于对照组,试验组患者皮肤干燥、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤脱屑显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏联合阿维A胶囊在治疗银屑病方面具有能够改善血脂代谢的优势,同时还能降低复发率,减少临床上如皮肤瘙痒、干燥、肝功能异常等常见不良反应的发生,具有良好的临床应用意义。
Objective： To study the curative effect of licorice flavonoid Chinese herbal medicine freckle cream combined with Awei A capsule in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods： From April 2016 to March 2018, 116 patients with psoriasis in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group （the treatment of licorice flavonoids Chinese herbal medicine freckle cream combined with Awei A capsule） and the control group （single use of Awei A capsule treatment）. The differences of blood lipid metabolism indexes（high-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein）and serum biochemical indicators（neutrophil elastase, endogenous inhibitor of NE, placental cadherin）in two groups before and after treatment were compared. The differences of PASI score and DLQI score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. At the end of treatment, the difference of the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment, the levels of serum NE, Trappin-2 and P-cad in patients showed a significant downward trend, and the indicators in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. After treatment, the content of HDL-C in lipid metabolism indexes increased significantly, and the content of APOA and LDL-C decreased significantly. The content of HDL-C in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The content of APOA and LDL-C was significantly lower than that of the control group. The PASI score and DLQI score of patients decreased significantly after treatment, and, the PASI score and DLQI score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The skin dry, itchy, and desquamation of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Licorice Flavonoids and Awei A
