摘要
目的研究在输尿管上段结石的治疗中采取输尿管切开取石术与输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月在本院接受治疗的70例输尿管上段结石患者,随机分为甲组(45例)和乙组(25例)。甲组采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗,乙组采用输尿管切开取石术治疗,术后1个月开展随访。结果两组并发症发生率、治疗成功对比差异无统计学意义。甲组手术时间、住院时间短于乙组,术中出血量少于乙组,术后,甲组的舒适度与生活质量的评分较乙组和术前高,疼痛评分较乙组和术前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗在输尿管上段结石的疗效显著,可作为临床首选推荐治疗措施。
Objective To study in the treatment of ureteral calculi on take a cut of ureteral stone extraction for curative effect treated with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Selected in January 2017 to December 2018 to come to our hospital for treatment of 70 patients with Ureteral calculi, Which were randomly divided into group A(45 cases) and group B(25 cases). Group A was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy, while group B was treated with ureterotomy. Follow-up was conducted 1 month after surgery. Results The complications, treatment success were compared between two groups, and there was no statistiacal significant difference. Group A short operation time, length of hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss less than group b, postoperative, the scores of comfort and quality of life in group A were higher than those in group B and before surgery, and the pain scores were lower than those in group B and before surgery, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of children with ureteral calculi on curative effect significantly, can be used as a clinical preferred recommended treatment.
