摘要
目的:了解桂林市临桂区3年内的泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及耐药的变化,为有效防治支原体感染提供可靠的依据。方法:收集我院泌尿生殖道1254例标本,使用支原体培养药敏试剂盒对其进行检测及药敏试验。结果:3年段中,女性支原体感染率均高于男性(P<0.05)。单纯Uu感染对阿奇霉素、环丙沙星耐药情况较为严重,耐药率逐年增加明显,对克拉霉素、强力霉素较为敏感,但连续3年段耐药率逐渐轻度增加。Uu和Mh混合感染对阿奇霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、克林霉素耐药情况较严重,连续3年段变化不大,对美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素较为敏感,且3年耐药率均先下降后上升。结论:桂林市临桂区泌尿生殖道支原体感染以Uu为主,年龄分布以21~40岁为多数,3年内泌尿生殖道支原体感染率连续3年逐年增加,阿奇霉素耐药性逐年增加。临床上可选用交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满沙星等抗生素作为治疗药物。对疑似支原体感染的患者可先做支原体培养及药敏试验,对制定治疗方案具有重要意义。
Objective:To know the changes of mycoplasma infections in urogenital tract and drug resistance within three years in Lingui District of Guilin,so as to provide a reliable basis for effective prevention and treatment of mycoplasma infections.Methods:1254 samples of urogenital tract collected in our hospital within three years were tested by mycoplasma culture drug sensitive kit and conducted with drug sensitivity test.Results:During the three years,the incidence of mycoplasma infections in women was higher than that of men(P<0.05).Uu infection alone is more seriously resistant to azithromycin and ciprofloxacin,and the drug resistance rate of increased obviously year by year.And it was more sensitive to clarithromycin and doxycycline,but the rate of drug resistance in the three consecutive years increased gradually and slightly.The drug resistance of Uu and Mh mixed infections to azithromycin,erythromycin,roxithromycin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin and clindamycin was serious and showed little changes for three consecutive years.While Uu and Mh mixed infections were more sentitive to minocycline,doxycycline and josamycin,its drug resistance rate within three years decreased first and then increased.Conclusion:Urogenital tract mycoplasma infection in Lingui District of Guilin is mainly caused by Uu,and the age distribution is between 21 and 40 years old.The urinary and genital tract mycoplasma infection rate has been increased gradually during the three years.The drug resistance to azithromycin has increased year by year.Clinically,antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin,doxycycline,and moxifloxacin can be used as therapeutic agents.Mycoplasma culture and antibiotic susceptibility test can be done for patients with suspected mycoplasma infection,which will have a great significance for the formulation of treatment programs.
