摘要
目的对比研究Stellaris超声乳化仪在不同超声乳化模式下平均超声能量(APE)、实际超声时间(APT)及有效超声时间(EPT)之间的差异。方法将核硬度为三级的年龄相关性白内障患者75例(75只眼)随机分为3组进行超声乳化手术,其中爆破超声模式组25只眼,传统连续超声模式组26只眼,传统连续联合爆破超声模式组24只眼。负压设定为320 mmHg,超声能量设置为30%,灌注瓶高度为110 cm。所有手术均为同一个医生完成。结果爆破超声模式组APE为(26.6±2.12)%,APT为(8.56±5.61)s,EPT为(2.38±1.67)s。传统连续超声模式组APE为(7.00±2.51)%,APT为(33.8±10.4)s,EPT为(2.67±1.49)s。传统连续联合爆破超声模式组APE为(17.5±4.21)%,APT为(11.3±5.76)s,EPT为(2.15±1.47)s。经统计学F及t检验分析,3组之间在平均超声能量使用上有着显著性差异(P<0.001),在实际超声时间上,爆破模式与传统连续模式、传统连续模式与传统连续联合爆破模式之间差异有显著性(P<0.001),而爆破模式与传统连续联合爆破模式之间无显著性差异(P=0.1242)。在有效超声时间上,3组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3种模式中,传统连续超声模式使用的平均超声能量最少,但是实际超声乳化时间最长。而有效超声乳化时间在3种模式中无显著性差异,表明在3种模式中,虽然平均超声能量、实际超声时间有差异,但总的有效超声时间基本相同。
Objective To investigate the difference in average phacoemulsification energy(APE),absolute phacoemulsification time(APT)and effective phacoemulsification time(EPT)of Stellaris phacoemulsification instrument under different phacoemulsification modes.Methods 75 eyes of patients with level III nuclear age-related cataract who planned to underwent phacoemulsification were randomly divided into three groups,with 25 eyes in the burst phacoemulsification mode group,26 eyes in the traditional continuous phacoemulsification mode group,and 24 eyes in the traditional continuous combined with burst phacoemulsification mode group.The negative pressure was set at 320 mm Hg,phacoemulsification energy was set at 30%,and infusion bottle height was set at 110 cm.All operations were performed by the same doctor.Results In the burst phacoemulsification mode group,the APE was 26.6±2.12%,APT was 8.56±5.61 s,and EPT was 2.38±1.67 s.In the traditional continuous phacoemulsification mode group,the APE was 7.00±2.51%,APT was 33.8±10.4 s and EPT was 2.67±1.49 s.In the traditional continuous combined with the burst phacoemulsification mode group,the APE was 17.5±4.21%,APT was 11.3±5.76 s and EPT was 2.15±1.47 s.F and t test showed that,the APE in the three groups were significantly different(P<0.001).Regarding APT,significant differences existed between the burst mode and the traditional continuous mode group,as well as between the traditional continuous mode and the traditional continuous combined with the burst mode group(P<0.001).No significant difference in APT existed between the burst mode and the continuous combined with burst mode(P=0.1242).Furthermore,there was no significant difference in EPT among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In the three modes,the APE was smallest but the APT was longest in the traditional continuous phacoemulsification mode group.The EPT in the three groups were not significantly different,suggesting that the total EPT was basically the same in the three modes,despite of different APE and APT.
