虹吸雨水系统在复杂钢结构屋面的设计应用及难点分析 被引量:4

摘要 在大面积、大坡度、坡向复杂的钢结构屋面的虹吸雨水系统设计中,经常面临一些技术难点,包括系统的选择、汇水面积的确定、天沟及集水坑位置的选取和尺寸计算、溢流堰及溢流管道系统的结合等,这些问题的解决对屋面雨水的安全排放至关重要。以太湖试验厅项目为例,对以上难点进行了分析,提出如何对双向坡度屋面的汇水面积进行合理划分,介绍了天沟及集水坑的平面布置、结构支撑做法及有效容积的正确计算方法,对坡度大的长天沟采用内部设置挡板进行雨水拦截并形成溢流堰的措施,从而为复杂钢结构屋面在极端天气下的顺畅排水提供了技术保障。 Some technological difficulties are often met when the siphonic drainage systems of large area and large complex slope roofs are designed.These difficulties include drainage system selection,determination of catchment area,plan layout and size calculation of the gutter and sump pit,combination of the overflow and overflow system etc.Solutions to these problems are critical to the safe drainage of the roof.Based on one engineering project of Taihu Experimental Hall,these difficulties are analyzed.How to divide the catchment area of two way slope roof correctly is proposed,the plan layout,structural support and effective volume calculation methods of the gutter and sump pit are introduced,the measure of setting baffle in long gutter with large slope to intercept rainwater and form overflow weir is adopted,The combination of these provides technical support for smooth drainage of complex steel structure roof in extreme weather.
