摘要
相比传统的建筑施工过程,预制模块让施工过程变得更加便捷安全、工期可预测以及节能环保,是国家在建筑行业实现绿色健康发展的有效途径。尽管装配式建筑表现出诸多的优势,也已经由低层建筑向高层建筑结构发展,但在当前,建筑行业仍然严重依赖于传统的现场施工方法。为了探究其背后的科学原因,笔者重点阐述了装配式建筑当前发展面临的困境及对策,结合未来发展前景,为装配式建筑发展提供一定的理论指导。
Compared with the traditional building construction process, the prefabricated module makes the construction process more convenient and safe, the construction period is predictable, energy saving and environmental protection, and it is an effective way for the country to achieve green and healthy development in the construction industry. Although prefabricated buildings have shown many advantages and have developed from low-rise buildings to high-rise buildings, the current construction industry still relies heavily on traditional on-site construction methods. In order to explore the scientific reasons behind it, this article will focus on expounding the current difficulties and countermeasures facing the development of prefabricated buildings, combined with future development prospects, to provide certain theoretical guidance for the development of prefabricated buildings.
