摘要
目的:深入了解腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后患者居家间歇导尿的体验与需求。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12名腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后居家间歇导尿患者进行半结构访谈,运用Colaizzi7步分析法对资料整理分析。结果:提炼出3个主题:应对态度、情绪体验的阶段性特征和支持性照护需求,其需求包括健康信息需求、自身情感需求和外界支持需求。结论:腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后患者居家导尿期间存在消极应对,负性情绪重,医护人员应开展针对性的延续护理服务,满足患者不同照护阶段建议、信息及情感支持需求,改善其居家导尿体验。
Objective:To investigate the experience and needs of patients with clean intermittent catheterization after laparoscopic radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer.Methods:Phenomenological research design and semi-structural interviews are conducted to 12 patients undergoing clean intermittent catheterization.The data is analyzed using Colaizzi's method.Results:Three themes are extracted,including coping attitude,stage characteristics of emotional experience and supportive care needs.Conclusion:The medical staff should carry out effective nursing services to meet the advice,information and emotional support needs of patients in different rehabilitation stages,and improve the experience of clean intermittent catheterization.
